Bob Clark



Bob is President and founder of PI Consulting Group. In 1985 Bob transitioned from a successful career in the restaurant business to become a PI Certified Partner. Certainly the people challenges of restaurant management was a great learning experience that is leveraged in helping client companies utilize The Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive tools.

Bob works with over 70 companies, helping them align their talent with their business goals. We have clients in a wide variety of industries with particular concentration in transportation, manufacturing, healthcare and banking.
Prior to starting PI Consulting Group, Bob was Director of Foodservice Operations for American Foodservice and General Manager of restaurants owned by Borel Restaurant Group. Bob has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Some of Bob’s continuing education includes completion of the Strategic Coach Program, certification of mini-MBA from University of Kansas School of Business, certification of Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery from the Newfield Network, certified facilitator for Customer Focused Selling and certification of HR Strategist from the Human Capital Institute.

Sharon Morford



Sharon is a Senior Consultant at PI Consulting Group, Inc. with experience in organizational design and development, leadership development, HR analytics and measurement, consulting, strategy, survey and assessment design, report development and delivery, action plan development, and ad hoc research.

Prior to joining PI Consulting Group, Inc., Sharon was a Senior Manager in Global People Analytics at Walmart in Bentonville, AR where she managed the associate engagement survey program for all 2.2 million associates and participated in HR research programs.  As a Senior Consultant with TNS, she consulted with many of their largest clients worldwide, leading the development and implementation of customized surveys and leadership assessments, which focused on employee engagement, customer satisfaction, leadership development, cultural change and workplace improvement.  She has also taught classes in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Elmhurst College.  Sharon received her Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College and her BS degree in Retail Marketing from Kansas State University where she graduated magna cum laude.
