Sharon Franz Morford is a Senior Consultant at PI Consulting Group, Inc. with experience in organizational design and development, leadership development, HR analytics and measurement, consulting, strategy, survey and assessment design, report development and delivery, action plan development, and ad hoc research.

Prior to joining PI Consulting Group, Inc., Sharon was a Senior Manager in Global People Analytics at Walmart in Bentonville, AR where she managed the associate engagement survey program for all 2.2 million associates and participated in HR research programs. As a Senior Consultant with TNS, she consulted with many of their largest clients worldwide, leading the development and implementation of customized surveys and leadership assessments, which focused on employee engagement, customer satisfaction, leadership development, cultural change and workplace improvement. She has also taught classes in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Elmhurst College. Sharon received her Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College and her BS degree in Retail Marketing from Kansas State University where she graduated magna cum laude.
